Total Eye Care Surgery Center was established in 1999. We are an outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center owned by Dr Michael Pennachio. We specialize in ophthalmology and provide services like cataract surgery, minor lid procedures, and laser procedures ( YAG Capsulotomy, YAG PI). Conveniently located in Leesburg to serve all of Lake County. Our surgery center has two operating rooms and one laser room. We are certified with Medicare and are accredited with the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Our team is committed to serving you throughout your stay.
